This branch contains all updates that have been made in response to the review we got a while ago. Here are some of the larger changes:
computations of Cohens Kappa, adds a new Table 3
plotting a subsegment of eye gaze samples for both studyforrest datasets, adds two elements to Figure 8
highlighting the "reproducible research object" and open source nature of the algorithm and manuscript
adding eye movement definitions on oculomotor, computational, and functional dimension (based on Hessels et al., 2018), exchange "detection" with "classification"
rework the pseudecode overview
The rest are mostly smallish rewordings to comply to reviewer comments.
Please do not merge until this has been reviewed by everyone involved. Prior or in conjunction to this PR, #8 updates the software requirements, as this PR introduces sklearn as an additional dependency.
