Update build instructions for docker #25

Here is a log from Windows to pick from. Docker is installed, datalad (only core at v0.19.3, and datalad-containers, latest version 1.2.3) too.

C:\Users\mih>datalad clone https://github.com/psychoinformatics-de/paper-remodnav.git

C:\Users\mih>cd paper-remodnav

% only needed until #24 is not merged
C:\Users\mih\paper-remodnav>git checkout docker

C:\Users\mih\paper-remodnav>datalad rerun 57d2565a
% ...
% should end with nothing being saved, because the results reproduce exactly.

% manuscript PDF can be built with
% has issue on windows that commits additions to .gitignore -- not a problem, but inconvenient #26
