Rename `code/anderson.py` #3

The name is no a relic, it does more than Anderson 2017. We could split it into smaller pieces to make re-use and extension easier. Or just rename to something like "mk_figuresnstats.py".

Personally, I am in favor of just renaming the script (mk_figuresnstats.py sounds good, too).
