The plan is to first take the the easy road:

• update the repo studyforrest-data-annotations in a 'self-sufficient' manner.

Then:

• scripts will a take an argument for an output path in order to later write the event files to the (BIDS) task folders of the corresponding fMRI data (and not just to the data-annotations repo itself).
