Recast supports automatic telegram deployment #1

No need to write code for this one, I just didn't have a telegram account for testing. But if you want a telegram bot, I can get one out there in probably 20 minutes or so.

Sorry, I was in the office and haven't been able to push my code until now. Seems like our little caterpillars co-exist now... maybe someday they will have beautiful little caterpillar babies 🤔

Ha! Sorry for duplicating effort. With the Recast deployment, it's actually using a different endpoint that supports contextual state if that starts being built in for branching logic flow and they are committed to keeping the integration up to date if Telegram changes their API, so I would be inclined to go with their automatic integration, but if you feel strongly about going with this one for some reason, I can take it down. No need for two on Telegram :)

Have received a couple emails saying there is no caterpillar bot on Telegram anymore - perhaps both of these are gone?

I never actually kept it up after you deployed your bot, but I could probably get this one running in a couple minutes. Can you try recreating the other Telegram bot? I was actually trying to use the bot a few months and thought it was just a technical error.

I'm gonna do some major maintenance and upgrades this weekend if all goes well - little bit of bitrot happening. I'll try redeploying to Telegram as part of the process - will ping here and let you know results
