SASL auth fails on charybdis-3.4.2 #211

I cannot authenticate via SASL on irc.soylentnews.org (they're apparently running charybdis-3.4.2) when using LimeChat 2.92. The password is correct, and it authenticates to NickServ fine. I compared with Textual 4.1.3 and this client does authenticate successfully over SASL on irc.soylentnews.org

Here's the console output from LimeChat;

10:27 *** Couldn't look up your hostname
10:28 *** No Ident response
10:28 SASL authentication failed
10:28 SASL authentication aborted
