Player Admin a Stream-based class #7

An enhancement that would be good and be efficient is to develop a class that is stream-based to add/remove players from a global list. This will also have methods to allow other players to view their companions and get limited information about them.

If someone would like to suggest or work on this, that would be wonderful and will be a great help.
