Issue 543: Open links in New Tab #552

The response to the above suggestion was that you can use CTRL + Click so that 
the item can be opened in a new tab. I understand that but the request was 
about having an item in Tools > Options so that clicking the link would always 
open the item in a new tab with a simple click.

I tried to add a comment but there was no Save option, presumably because the 
item was marked as fixed.
