Feeds Keep Disappearing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 0.15.4 (18.04.2014)
Revision 3261
Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After a crash, my feeds disappeared - I searched this forum and tried to 
follow advice in a previous post but that didn't work so I added some manually 
again.
2. Restarted the computer and the program.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and started over, but now the problem 
happens if my computer even just goes to sleep. Frustrating.

Please provide any additional information below:
 - feed with errors: <feed_URL>

Please attach your feeds.db and quiterss.ini files
You can find paths to files by using main menu: "Help->About->Information"

Hi,
Your database is corrupted.
Use a backup of data. You can find a catalog backup here: 
"Help->About->Information"
0.15.x version does not work correctly. Soon there will be a new version 0.16.0

I encountered the same issue with 0.15.x version, even not after a crash. Is 
there anyway to repair the damaged/corrupted database file?
