Open news without closing of notification

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

- v0.16 with Windows 7 x64

Expected:

- I would expect to be able to click on an article link (to view it inside of 
QuiteRSS), and have the popup remain open until I explicitly close it (or the 
"close notification" time expires).  Rationale is that users would want to 
review multiple articles before closing it.

What I see instead:

- The notification popup closes if I click on an article link.

This is done on purpose, but I can try to make that notification was not closed.
