Filters are very confused after import

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.16 Win 7 x64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create some filters
2.delete all feeds and folders (I have about 95 feeds)
3.import new OPML file with some different/reordered folders and/or feeds

What do you see?
- after import, filters are assigned to incorrect feeds and the filter names 
are changed.  basically the filters are invalid after re-import of a new 
(changed) set of feeds/folders.

Please provide any additional information below:
 - feed with errors: <feed_URL>

Please attach your feeds.db and quiterss.ini files
You can find paths to files by using main menu: "Help->About->Information"
