Option to hide the "Mark all feeds read" in the Windows system tray #599

Suggestion - add a preference to hide this high-impact option in the system 
tray.

Rationale: It's too easy to accidentally click this option, which marks ALL 
articles in ALL feeds read -- immediately!  If accidentally clicked there is no 
way to get the unread feeds back (unless the user has a backup.)
