QuiteRSS window maximised instead of restoring to its previous position and size #609

QuiteRSS-0.16.1 (as well as some earlier versions) maximise application window 
on start or restore from system tray. This is incredibly inconvenient on 
multi-monitor settings where QuiteRSS span itself across all monitors into very 
wide window instead of restoring its previous size.

IMHO it is a major usability issue.

I'm using KDE on Debian "testing" and as far as I'm aware QuiteRSS is the only 
application exhibiting this problem.

It would be much better to remember and restore last application position and 
window size. Thanks.
