Update results in clear program, no feeds, no former settings... #617

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.16.2 (18.08.2014)
Revision 3376

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed the former version.
2.Update to current version (0.16.2, see above)
3.All setting and feeds are deleted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to have my feeds but instead it was all clear. No setting were there 
I set, no feeds I added were there. Programm was clean.

Please provide any additional information below:
 - feed with errors: <feed_URL>

Please attach your feeds.db and quiterss.ini files
You can find paths to files by using main menu: "Help->About->Information"

OS? Portable version?
Use a backup. You can find paths to backup folder by using main menu: 
"Help->About->Information"

Used the latest backup. But still not useful when always need to use backups 
because updater will overwrite setting and anything else.
Windows 7, with the most current updates.

Starting with version 0.17.0 everything should work fine.
