Crashes #695

I am using version 0.17.2 on windows PC.

When I choose to reload all the feeds together the programm crashes, but when I 
reload them one by one it is working as it should be. And it crashes even when 
2 or more feed are reloading together. 

The previous version 0.17.1 was working like a charm.

I've not used a portable version before.  How does it differ from the 
non-portable version?

Configuration file and data are stored next to the application in the same 
directory.
