Invalid SSL certificates are ignored for feed downloads #706

Affected Versions: 0.17.3 and 0.17.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Add a new feed with an https://.. URL, whereas the server delivers an invalid 
SSL certificate.

Expected behavior:
An error message should be shown and the feed should not be downloaded. (Like 
it does in version 0.17.2)

What happens instead:
Feed gets downloaded without any indication of the problem.

The certificate verification works in the internal browsers.
But if you add a new feed with e.g. the feed-URL https://rssowl.org the SSL 
errors are ignored.
