Norton removes quiterss.exe because of "suspicious behavior" #710

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Norton closes quiterss and pops up a threat notice. 

Please provide any additional information below:

 Just started happening as of the last version.

I use Eset smart Security and I have everything working fine.

This never happened before with Norton.  However, to workaround the issue I was 
able to mark quiterss.exe as a "safe" file.

Recompress in another archive (Not zipx) - Can not open.
