Jumping channels #733

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.17.6
Win 7 x64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking on a rss channel, scrolling
2. Clicking on another rss channel
3. 1st channel rolled somewhere else on my list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Channel should be staying where I put it, not be traveling around

Please provide any additional information below:
 - feed with errors: <feed_URL>

Please attach your feeds.db and quiterss.ini files
You can find paths to files by using main menu: "Help->About->Information"
