What version of the product are you using? 0.17.4 On what operating system? 
Windows 7 Ultimate

Is there a way to automatically refresh the Quite-RSS fav icon for all feeds at 
once?

With over 300 feeds it is very time consuming to do each feed individually.

If not, please consider this an enhancement request.
