What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see Sort by Published Descending
I only see each feed sorted by title. A very sudden change.
No obvious way to set all feeds to Same sort order without visiting each feed.
Sigh!
Please provide any additional information below:
- feed with errors: <feed_URL>
Please attach your feeds.db and quiterss.ini files
You can find paths to files by using main menu: "Help->About->Information"
