Use gprbuild instead of gnatmake #12

AdaCore/GNAT did a thing without making an announcement.

This is with v8.3.0, not sure exactly when the change was made.

I think that's been that way for a while. Like a few years or so.

I updated the Makefile but I'm not sure if I updated the compilation instructions (if there were any).

Yeah, the build instructions are in the README.md

Oddly I can run gnatmake that way just fine with the build for Windows.
