Added web interface for HashID #31

I have created a web based front-end for HashId. It runs in the browser and does not require a python runtime. Image

The prototypes.json file should be loaded from the psypandda/hashID repo, not yours. And I would personally prefer ../prototypes.json instead of the raw.githusercontent.com link.

You should also remove the link to your homepage in the footer.

I had meant to remove the link. Whoops!

I agree that ../ would be better, but it breaks the import when running from a local filesystem.

I have removed the branding etc. I don't think there's a neater way to link in prototypes.json; I foresee most users running from the local filesystem.
