Fix and test serial port mode

The serial protocol has two rules: Our commands end with CR, then something happens, then the projector ends their response with COLON. See https://files.support.epson.com/pdf/pl600p/pl600pcm.pdf Closes #1

Ping? Can you merge this so I can get my Epson projector into my Home Assistant?

@henryk sorry, I made PR review day after your PR, but it stayed as draft. I thought, that you haven't responded and it was my mistake. Can you just fix these 2 things or respond if those are needed? I will add integration config to Epson, so it will be easier in HA frontend.
