Did you use the app before, or did this happen the first time you launched the 
app? If you were using it before, what were you doing last (if you can 
remember.) Were you able to get the screen to stop turning on and off?

I'm wondering if this after starting the program for "sleep".  In  the latest 
version (0.5.2) after the screen has blanked, I find that when the phone senses 
my movement the screen comes on for about 1/2 a second and then blanks again.
