Check for constraint without name in OCL Preference #144

In preference - there is no error, but in validation:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Constraint without name: context 
ProjectPractice inv null: self.roles->isEmpty().not()

I think this should not be problem (constraint without explicit name)
