Fixed in ProjectItemProvider: Iteration adapter added when displaying iteration 
in library view, but if iteration is showed for first time in Iterations page - 
standart custom category adapter is used...

created

Fixed: Iteration adapter is added to children of project, not project itself

No custom handling needed: Added extension point 
eu.tanov.epf.itemprovider.CustomCategoriesItemProviders for custom categories 
handling in Library tree, custom types are using it
