Disable smiley button #1

This plugin is very good but i can not find that logical that old and new smiley coexist. I see conversation here https://forum.dokuwiki.org/thread/12593

I propose feature to make disappear the smiley button

(sorry for my bad english)

Emojis cannot completely replace DokuWiki smileys. Smileys can be customized with a smileys.local.conf. And what emoji could replace the built-in FIXME and DELETEME?

Smileys can be effectively disabled by removing the smileys.conf file. I don't know if this will remove the button -- I think it won't. That issue can be made with DokuWiki itself.

You can remove default smileys by disabling them in the smileys.local.conf by mentioning the key without image path.

For example: Create conf/smileys.local.conf with:

# disable some default smileys
8-)
8-O
8-o
:-(
:-)
