Fix the screenExtension to allow screen<>AR transitions #116

The mapping between screen space and AR space changed since the Vuforia SDK version that the original demos were built with - get this up and running again.

There's an add-on for this (private link: https://github.com/ptcrealitylab/vuforia-spatial-screens-addon). I think it's all working, it should be re-visited and made public in the future.
