`module delete` does not work with module index 1

module delete 1 does not seem to work as described in the UG and prints an error message instead.

Steps to reproduce: enter module delete 1 after adding at least 1 module to the list

Expected: Successfully delete the first module in the list

I was not allowed to delete the module with index 1 from my modules, even after deleting the module.txt storage file.
