Serpocaulon's names update #1

Hello there!

I'll prove the platform with this update of World Ferns, I hope it will be OK.

I would like to suggest to delete some names that are currently in Serpocaulon but actually are synonyms:

S. acuminatum syn. of S. sessilifolium S. chachapoyense syn. of S. sessilifolium S. gilliesii syn. of S. lasiopus S. hirsutulum syn. of S. meniscifolium S. laetum syn. of S. catharinae S. loriciforme syn. of S. dasypleuron S. mexiae syn. of S. lasiopus S. obscurinervium syn. of S. concolorum S. panorense syn. of S. wagneri S. silvulae syn. of S. crystalloneuron

The revision is on edition by the journal now, and it will be published soon. The current diversity in Serpocaulon is 37 species and 7 hybrids, including S. Xsemipinnatifidum and the new described S. Xtabuleirense.

Thank you @davidsanincolombia for the proposal. However, this repo is for the PPG website, not for the taxonomic system. In fact, we are not yet accepting proposals for the PPG taxonomic system at this time - instead, we are only running a test to let people try the GitHub interface.

Please click "Get Started", fill out the template, and hit "Submit new issue". Note that this is not a real proposal, but only a test. We will open up the system for real proposals sometime in the near future. Thanks!
