Pterodactyl Error wings code 127

Hi, im starting a new pterodactyl panel and i've just installed and done everything but when i try to start it doesn't start and pumps out a whole bunch of things. I have a paste bin that ill link so anyone can help me. Please help ASAP. Thanks
