Laravel API Event for server starting/stopping #463

Hi,

There are currently no events for starting and stopping a server. Is this something that could be added?

Tagging onto this for myself:

Event for successful server install
Event for failed server install —> could hook into it to make a slack/discord/email bot that notifies admins if something starts breaking
