Rework of how location selection works #131

Hello

Based off #130, I propose that we should be able to add the wings instances on the list off servers on WHMCS. This would be allow us to use the Network Status feature in WHMCS.

What exactly is preventing this currently? It doesn’t make much sense for this module to handle anything regarding this (nor do I think whmcs supports the concept of clusters?) as there’s nothing to interact with on wings’ end, and you should be able to just add a server pointing to wings no matter what module it uses.
