Move to Monitor function should not handle all post-init tasks, should do only what is says on the tin

I'm not sure I understand the question, since this does not look like a question.

Anyway, there is noMoveWindowToMonitor in HelloImGui code.

However since I was intrigued by your question, I did search a little more and found a moveAppToMonitor function in your Parsomancer project.

So, may be this issue actually belongs to your parsomancer project.
