problem with Ganglia 3.0.4 #1

What version of Ganglia does this work with? It does not work with Ganglia 
3.0.4. Nor does the python script from the other project:

http://embeddedgmetric.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/python/gmetric.py

More details can be provided if needed.

Hi! I've had it working with 3.0.4, 3.0.7 and 3.1.1.  If the gmetric python 
script
doesn't work either, are you sure it's not a ganglia setup issue?  I suggest 
that you
use the gmetric command (the ganglia binary not the python script) to prove your
ganglia install works.

OK. I've suspected the setup, but I did verify the setup with gmetric command. 
It is 
still a puzzle. What kind of setup issues would you suspect?

The system info is listed below just in case.
