Unreal Tournament 99 - Stable 10 to 20 fps #61

I changed the Renderer to OpenGL and get around 40 to 50 fps at 800 x 600 with medium textures

Run´s perfectly fine, 640x480 all quality sliders to the lowest. Use a preinstalled copy of ut99, turn of the vtmx slider in lutris - game settings

runs also fine with mods, except high textures mods

Is this the wine or linux version?

The Linux version should run at 30fps minimum.

wine, i didn´t know there was a linux version...

Lutris can help you "convert" the Windows version to a linux one. It warks fine with GOG Installer for example.

Could someone provide some instructions to install this game please ? I installed box86 on rPi4 but I don't know how to install lutris on it. Thanks a lot.

https://snapcraft.io/install/lutrisinstaller/raspbian i think i used a preinstalled folder, because a lot of mods where installed aswell... ut99 doesn´t need eny registry entries to run...

I installed snap and lutrisinstaller but I can't find how to run it... I tryed snap run lutrisinstaller but i got an error.

hmm... don´t know. which os are you running? actually i used twister os, which brought everything onboard. i recommend to try it out if you have a spare sd-card: https://twisteros.com/index.html

I'm on Raspbian OS buster. I'll buy a new SD card to try Twister OS, which is a tuned Raspbian if I'm not mistaken. Thank you for your help.

Ok, I finally managed to get lutris ! Here are the installation packets for Raspbian 10 : https://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=home%3Astrycore&package=lutris I will now try to install ut99 ;)
