Problem with CreateCLI #109

What steps will reproduce the problem?
running gcloud components update

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
update of components

What is the output of 'gcloud info'?

AttributeError: 'Paths' object has no attribute 'sdk_root'

It seems like your Cloud SDK installation has become corrupted.  If you 
reinstall, do you continue to have the problem?
