Can you please attach the output of `gcloud info`. Also, in the output of
gcloud info, it will tell you where you logs are located. Can you attach the
underlying error for the failure (there is probably more information about why
the download failed).

Today I tried once again with a fresh compute instance from the push-to-deploy
tutorial linked in the main report and the install timeout problems are done.

Today the docker installation isn't working so the gcloud commands complain
about that. It seems like every day there is a different issue with the new
Push to Deploy workflow. Is there an issue tracker for that project somewhere?
