chore: removing iOS and Android specific Documentation files
This is an initial PR for the cleanup of the /docs folder. The aim of this PR is to remove documentation that is pertinent to iOS and Android devices specifically.
The following PRs will be aimed at modifying documentation present on the other .md files.
The ultimate goal of these PRs is to deploy the docs folder with GitHub pages so that users can reach for some Documentation in RN macOS. We will continue to further the documentation by introducing a KNOWN_ISSUES.md file as well as any additional piece of code that needs to be demo'ed.
