add automake's AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIRS #7

Fixes #6.

Add AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIRS provided by automake which surprisingly exists together with autoconf's AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIR.

It might well be that other files need to be updated accordingly which I am not sure about at all. Supposedly the release process automagically propagates the change in Autoconf.JSON-tmLanguage to Autoconf.YAML-tmLanguage and Autoconf.tmLanguage. I hope I can leave this with you.

I'll check how to propagate it. I think the vscode repo does that, but this one doesn't. Thank you for the fix!
