Alarms/Alerts for the Clock #7

The clock widget should support Alarms or Alerts.  Playing a wav file or
some sort of visual indicator would be nice.  Alerts should be settable as
one offs that are removed after firing or recurring.  Pie in the sky
feature:  Outlook integration.
