Filtering for Slideshow Widget #9

Allow the user to specify keywords to include or exclude from the slideshow
list of files.  For local directories these should be applied to the full
directory path/filename (and possibly embedded image metadata, but thats a
reach).  For URLs the servers may support keyword filtering.
