fix "name" field in BED output for plotting requires 4 infos separated by "_" assm ctg --- contains sometimes underscore ord ID

workaround implemented, latest fix in 4a25cf5c0952560aa7a188da671538112591b95b

still some issues depending on input data, needs to be fixed in SaaRclust; working solution push with 2ca230d85fa261706b93d6c18b51c628948debd0
