Change heuristics for finding spatialite library #27

Try to load pyspatialite before trying to load libspatialite as sqlite3 extensions.

Resolves #26

@johnjohndoe Could you please test this PR to check whether it fixes #25 ?

Looks good. When I install gpx2spatialite from this source there is no error with loading spatialite sqlite3 extension. The command executes normal on my machine.
