Allow books to specify one or more instruments for which to generate chord grids #8

Add a new formatting directive: {instrument: }

This could be used in song sheets as well, to specify chords in chordpro format for a particular instrument.

Done for books - if a book contains {instrument: } directives requesting a PDF will resuly in extra PDFs with grids for each specified instrument.
