Twitter have upgraded their widgets api, replace by https://publish.twitter.com/, customer are not available to create new widget now, and we can add timeline with only username which is simpler. According to this issue: https://github.com/rainlab/twitter-plugin/issues/13

If you accept this PR, you'd better also remove twitter_widget_id from _config.yml.

BTW, I love this theme you create, it's looks fancy.
