Telegram preview user-agent cannot skip over 18 #3

IM software Telegram can generate preview for some pages but not for boards such as Gossiping. Suggest adding its user-agent TelegramBot to the list (like PlurkBot does) to allow access.

I think this really need to be made into a config file rather than hard coded.
