All changes from ASL 1.02 (Asterisk 1.4) code base need to be ported into this version.

There have been lots and lots of updates to what is the ASL 1.02 code since this port was started (and updated with code from 0.327 of app_rpt).

There are bugs that need to be addressed here as well. Those which were stopped due to other development issues in the 1.4 code base taking priority at the time.
