This adds the G.729 Codec to Asterisk. Before compiling, git clone https://github.com/BelledonneCommunications/bcg729.git and compile first. The compile asterisk-g72x-1.4.2.tar.bz2 per instructions here: http://asterisk.hosting.lv/

I have compiled G729 for Allstarlink and works with my CISCO 7940 SIP phone and allstarlink Debian Stretch distribution by Dvswitch group

Thanks for the PR!

It looks like this is just a binary file to be added to the code, and isn't really a patch. If you think g729 support would be a good feature to add, you can open a Feature issue and provide details on how this might be done.
