Update to specific version #23

The modifications made are:

  1. addition of a Fuel Gauge column
  2. automatic repetition of visibility and weather lines
  3. automatic indication of the reef in relation to the TWA otherwise AWA Beware : items are in french in the source code.

This is a PRE-RELEASE please close it.
